How to Remove Door Lock Cylinder?

I need to remove the driver side door lock cylinder on my 2002 SR5 Sequoia.

I know how to get the door panel off no problem.

Can someone provide me the instructions once the door panel is off ?

A schematic would be great .

Also- is this a difficult job ( i.e. any complicated adjustments needed or simply replace?).
