Angry Stripped lug stud; Curse you Washington Toyota parts desk.

I stopped by Washington Auto Mall (Toyota dealership) in Washington, PA on Saturday to pick up some caliper pins and springs for my '01 Sequoia Limited 4WD. I had tried to replace my front brakes couple weeks ago and the pins had rusted into the caliper. The parts desk guy told me to go get my VIN so he could give me the correct ones which I did. He then talked me into buying their pads/shims and taking the pads back that I bought at Advance Auto.

Today (Sunday) I took the Advance pads back and picked up some PB blaster. I pulled the left caliper off my Sequoia showered it with PB Blaster and hacksawed the pins in four places on the inside of the caliper. I was able to pound out the ends with the heads. The other ends with the cotter holes were hell. I could not pound them out with my punch. I spent 2 hours drilling through the caliper. At about 5:00 pm I had good holes and then opened the box of pads to begin putting on the new pads and rotor. The %#&*) pads the Toyota guy talked me into buying were not even close to being the right pads! I have to take a half day in the morning to finish this... They better send a truck to my house with the right pads since I am stuck here.

In the process I also stripped a lug stud. How tough are these to replace? What tools do I need?
