Unhappy 2001 rear AC problem HELP!

Has anyone experienced a problem with the dual rear AC not blowing cool air ? I recently noticed that the cool air is not coming out of the rear vents . I checked the DTCs per repair manual and no errors appeared. I checked the r134 coolant and it is o.k. The blower is working and air is coming out it just isnt cold may be on the warm side. The manual also states something about a control valve on the rear. The front air is cold ! no problem there- I dont want to check the rear unit yet until I find out that others have this problem . I do have an extended warranty but I have yet to find out what part of the AC is covered. Please HELP_

There is a TSB for the rear A/C. Join this club and have access to all the TSBs for your vehicle. (I wonder if I get a commission?)
