Sequoia front bumper - Toyota Tundra Forums : Tundra Solutions Forum

Folks,

Anyone know if the "honey comb" face on the lower front bumper part of the Sequoia can be taken off completely? There are 4 clips that I saw on the top part, but the rest looked very solid (almost like molded/glued), I didnt want risking the whole bumper by forcing it out. If anybody has the OEM sequoia body manual, a quick check of the procedure would be greatly appreciated.

When I first bought my 2002 Seq I ordered the 3 big books ($350 shop manuals) from the land of YO , I can't tell you how much fun I'v had with them. The bumper as shown in sectioon BO-4 comes out in one peice, grill attached.
Looks like dremmel time to customize. Good luck C

Might need to take the whole bumper off according to the pic for the hid lights. Either way, a dremel is definitely needed

Sorry about the thread drift but did ARB ever fit that bumper on to a sequoia?

Sure wish they did. Unfortunately I havent heard anything more about it unless I miss something. Just hope they are still interested in making one for Sequoia.

Update....

Just installed the Xenarc lights in the lower section of the front bumper

Thanks to all that provided inputs/suggestions. The removal of the front bumper cover was a breeze
