Help removing center console

I need a little help understanding how to remove the center console in my '05 Sequoia. It looks like there is a screw on each lower rear for sure. I'm most interesting in how to remove the plastic clips on the front that look like phillips screw heads....not sure if they can be pushed out from the back side or what.

Simply unscrew and then they pop out.

Incidentally, what kind of bug shield do you have? It looks good.

My bug shield is the stock Toyota part. I had the dealer install it-pre delivery.
