Default Keyless Entry Remotes Died

Just like that both of our keyless entry remotes quit working the same day. We've replaced the batteries with new, and I tried the register new remote sequence that was posted a while back, but with no luck. Anyone have any ideas besides going back to the dealer to see if the receiver is toasted?

Hmmm... this is starting to become WAY to frequent, for it to just be something simple?! Here's another THREAD, where a member is having the same problem, with just "one" remote for his DC. I too am having this same problem... with one remote that is. The other one works fine.

Me thinks something might be afoot here...

Keeps us informed if you do decide to visit a dealership with this problem.

Wife just got back from the dealer. They said 1 remote was bad (which was replaced for free), and they "reprogrammed" the other. I don't know if they used their handheld scanner tool or what, but she said it works now. Wish I had a better answer than "take it to the dealer to resolve the issue".
