Default tire pressure

i have a 01 sequoia i usually put 32 psi but one of them has 16 psi do you think ther is a hole in the tire

Leaving aside how it got that low without becoming noticeable, it's either a leak or leaky rims - as the rims age and corrode, they allow air leaks and slow pressure loss. A partial fix is to dismount the tires, clean up the rims, and remount; or use inner tubes. A full fix is custom wheels!

Maybe, Could also be leaking from the valve stem.

I had this happen to me. One tire was slowly losing air. I inspected the tire on the truck and didn't find anything. I replaced the valve stem and days later it was low again. This time I did a real good inspection and found a small screw stuck in the tire all the way on the inside part of the tire that I had missed previously. Luckily I keep a tire plug/repair kit so I pulled it out and plugged the hole.

Fill an empty spray bottle with water and a bit of high sudsing detergent like hand dishwash soap. Fill the tire with air, then spray it all over with the solution. You'll see a soap bubble at the site of a leaking valve, or rim, or a nail in the tread.
