    Default Still trying...Simias Help!!!

    Chris;
    I'm still trying to post some pics of the mods just completed...Maybe becoming a little more active here...Being a long-time poster on the 4Runner board when I owned one, I know sometimes the board can be fickle...Tried sending you a private message, but couldn't...Do you think you can help???...Thanks in advance...DP

    DP,

    you should be able to post pixs, but you are limited to 2 MB. so maybe your file sizes are too large. maybe you could decrease the sizes of your pix to approx 640x480. if you took it w/ a digital camera at the highest quality and the pix is large it can be a huge file. hope that helps! i would love to see your pix!

    Lightbulb making a small picture

    Hey Dave, if you have a photo software, such as "picture it" you can do it. As you may know saving to JPEG type file is not enough. In this software your options to make it happen are: save as web ready picture,(this condenses your JPEG from, say 450 to 45KB's) then to make the size reduced enough you must choose custom since a thumbnail pic is 96 pixels and 80 is the max allowed. So you set the pixel to 80 wide and save it that way. I believe Adobe also allows this kind of manipulation of file size.I just did it and was successful in attaching to mine in the avatar modification location. Good Luck!
