Monitor in Sun Visor

Has anyone installed an LCD in the sun visor? I am thinking about putting one on the passenger side to do backup camera/DVD duty. It looks like I would definitely have to give up the plastic extender, but it would be nice to see pics of an install if anybody has some.

I bought our Sequoia with one already installed in the visor. It looks really good and works well. The extender is still in the visor. I noticed it extends all the way out until it falls out.
