03' Extended cab - Infant car seat?

My husband and I are expecting our first baby. He drives an 03' Tacoma TRD extended cab. I'm not sure how/if an infant car seat will fit in his truck, or where. Ideally, I'd like to put a rear facing infant seat in the middle of the bench in the back. Is that possible? Will we have to buy a special car seat? Or will we have to put the car seat up front and turn the airbag off?

The tacoma should have a place for car seats in the rear of the passenger side. If you look on top of rear the seat, there should be a special mechanism that hooks up to a child car seat, and also there should be a small device on the floor that flips up to help support the bottom of the car seat.

I have a car seat in mine, forward facing now, was an infant rear facing. There is plenty of room in there, and like FXNGLAS said, there is an anchor on both left and right sides for the car seat. No special seat needed, just a good quality seat will do fine.
By the way, please don't put the little one in the front, even if you turn off the air bag.
