Possible or the Same?

Hey,

I have a 97 Taco 2wd, and its looking real low. Its not on bags or anything, just looking low. I am looking to lift it maybe 3-5 inches. I was wondering if I could use a body lift and coil spacers? Are they the same? And if not will both of them work? I was looking at putting on the Cornfed 3 inch body lift and the Daystar Coil Spacers. Picture of my truck below. Thanks in advance for any help.
