Default toy tech lift

I have installed a toy-tech 3 " lift with add-a-leafs and procomp 3000 shocks. The ride in the rear of the truck is so bad it will almost kick stuff out of the bed of the truck when I hit bumps. Is there something that I might have installed wrong or what chould be the cause of this.

I got the same set up on mine. It was a little stiffer when the lift was new but over time it softens up a bit.
Did you get the softer riding springs or the shorter stiffer ones? They sell two different types, which will make a difference.

would help if you have something to haul around in the bed for a little bit. i noticed on my truck when i installed my AAL, it was too really bumpy, which is normal. but when i went camping, i loaded all kinds of stuff in the bed and hauled a boat and after that trip the rear does not bounce as much. i guess the springs needs to be "broken" in.
