Default Stalling out at startup

I hope somebody can help figure this one out. Lately my 2001 Tacoma Prerunner has been stalling out. It will stall out right after I try to start it, the only way I can keep it from stalling is press down on the accelerator. When it gets started it will run very good, except for sometimes when it comes to a stop the rpm's will dip down to 500 rpm. Normally it idles about 650-700 rpm. When the trucks gets running it runs really good.

Yesterday I did some work to the Trucks:
Changed plugs – The old ones where a little worn and had a light tan look to them
Cleaned throttle body – Was just a little dirty
Cleaned mass air flow sensor
Replaced Air filter
Fuel Treatment – Added to the gas a few days ago

After all the work I did to the truck it seems to have more power and runs very smooth, but it will still stall at startup. The stalling only happens after the engine gets warmed up, I'll stop somewhere, then when i try to start it back up it will stall. Also the stalling problem is intermittent.

Is there an idle air control solenoid on your truck?

Yes there is.

After doing a good search of this forum, it seems like I need to clean the idle control valve. One question I have is do I need to remove the greenish plastic housing or can I just clean it by removing the lower hose and spraying throttle body cleaner down the hole in the throttle body.

I'd be as thorough as possible and do it each way so that you only do it once. I was assuming dirty maf/throttle body when I read the stalling, but you said you cleaned them and still had the problem.

Did the truck stall BEFORE doing this stuff too??? How are the plugs gapped? ".043-.044 is Toyota spec if I remember correctly.
