Back bumper's rotting.

The rest of my '02 Taco's in beautiful condition, but the Pittsburgh winters seem to have gotten to the chrome back bumper on my recent ebay purchase.

The truck's black with a matching Leer cap and 16" alloys. Anyone have any cost-effective suggestions for a replacement bumper?
