Default recall now i have "vrumm, vrumm, vrumm"

2003 prerunner sc 2.7 auto no suspension mods.

Went to dealer with no issue, I only had lower ball joints recall service done.
As I hit the road at 45 to 60 mph, I noticed a "vrumm, vrumm, vrumm" low-toned vibration at about one second intervals.

Went immediately back to dealer with issue. They changed the following:

Pinion – warranty – no fix
Motor and tranny mounts – warranty – no fix
Tires – no warranty $$ – no fix (they later refunded $$)
Replaced driveshaft – warranty – no fix

Could this relate to lower ball joints? Odd I did not have this issue before recall work?

I did a search and the closes thing I found was caster being wrong and corrected with an alignment. They did an alignment after lower ball joints replaced. Not sure of spec results.

Also another issue:
When I enter the highway and accelerate and cruise at 65 mph I feel a mild hesitation. Could this be the throttle position sensor?

Thanks for any help.

It may not be the ball joints but you can bet it was the work they did to replace them. Dealers hate to admit it when they screw up. A tight wheel bearing will cause the problem your having. Could be other stuff also. I'd stay on them till they recheck their work.

03 prerunner won't have packable bearings.
