Default Rubber Bumper plugs

Hi! Does anyone know where you can buy replacement rubber plugs for the rear bumper where a ball would go? My Tacoma came with an ugly, rusty, ball on the bumper that I could never get off. Last weekend I finally cut the nut on the ball off with a torch, now I'd like to find a product to plug the hole with. A lot of GM trucks fill all three holes in with a flat piece of rubber/plastic that matches the molding on the top two sides of the bumper. Is there anything out there similar to this for the Toyotas?

Thanks!

They can be ordered at the dealership. I will try to find a part number later.
