Default 03 taco lift

so i own a 03 taco and an 04 tundra, both 4wd and i first had the undra, wanted to lift it and now im on to the taco. my question is does the tacoma have the same problems with the CV joints and ball joint as the tundras do? i assume so because both are IFS. i am really looking forward to lifting it but i do not want problems out of it. thanks for any advice on this.

also i would like to see some other tacos like mine that are lifted and what brand and lift you guys have used and if any problems arose out of it. thanks

Haven't really heard much on balljoint problems. The CV boots tend to tear after awhile with 3"+ lifts. Look into some Bilstein 5100s all round and then a diff-drop kit to help alleviate some of the CV angle. Toyota Tacoma Equipment and Accessories at Wheeler's Off-Road
