Help me with my income tax refund purchases

I have a 97 cobalt v6 4wd ext cab super charged with all trd upgrades truck. The hood is a frankenstein one withthe scoop of a rav 4. Needless to say its cracking, rusting, etc, like it did the previous owner.

I see in traffic the engine seems to get heat soaked and prone to detonation and was looking to get a reverse cowl one for sucking the air out from the engine compartment.

Then a body kit to make it look lower.

MORE POWER. I am between the urd 7th injector or a nos system. I want more power for passing, 50-70 is a great mph range. I know the urd keep it from leaning out at upper rpms, but if you are around 3-4 grand at wot, is it going to help like nos would? Then if I go nos, where to put the bottle? Where the center arm rest is, bed wall or under the front bumper.
