Can anyone help me with this problem I'm having with my 2000 Tacoma Extra Cab. The shift indicator on the dash between the Tac and Speedometer has gone out. I pulled the entire unit and learned that there's no bulb behind it. I learned there are two relays that feed the indicator. My question is has anyone experienced this and is it common? Also, should I need an entire new light panel, can my odometer be placed on the new one. I'm hoping someone like who is familiar with these can give me some guidance, because the dealership gave me nothing but a refferal to bring it in so they could charge me to tell me it isn't working.
