Default Changing Spark Plugs on 03 V6 Taco

I am looking to replace the plugs in an 03 V6 taco. Right side plugs look easy enough to get out, the ones on the left look a bit more cumbersome to get to. Is there any tricks to getting them out without what seems like removing a lot major parts (intake)? I'm thinking the right socket, some of those universal joint adapters maybe? Any advice would be great.

Thanks,
Bill.

I got some plugs from URD the used some long ext to get mines. It was tight, but doable for my 97 with supercharger.

I did the plugs over the weekend, and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I had practiced on my Tundra the day before, so the process was familiar. With the Taco, I only had to remove some of the air intake tubes on the right side to access the plugs, and remove a couple little brackets on the left side. Not too bad.
