Question Water leak

During a recent rain, I noticed water leaking down the middle of the windshield (from the interior) behind the rear view miror area onto the dash.

4 months ago, I had purchased a remote starter and the outfit who installed it ran the antenna through the headliner and glued it on the windshield behind the rear view mirror.

I am wondering if this is related to the now leak or is it separate?
