Question Cheap Lean fixes?

I had my tacoma at a show with a dyno and had them give it a pull. Turns out I am making a whopping 167hp and 208 torque. After 3500 rpms it falls flat on its face with a 17-1 fuel ratio. The shop said its leaning out too fast and take it to the shop. They would not touch it. I have been to the dealer thinking 0-60 in 11 seconds isnt fast. Since an induction service, they say its fine.

Anyway, short of buying the urd kit, what smaller things can I do? Replace the fuel filter? Replace the fuel pump? Remove, disassemble and reinstall pressure regulator? Replace the injectors with larger ones? Downsize the smaller pulley for the larger one by trading with someone?
