what year / model is this grille from?
I was told it was a 2004 Tacoma TRD extended bed
Where are these sold with the mesh insert and whole frame/

That's definitely NOT a 1995.5 - 2004 Tacoma grille surround.

It looks to me like a 2005+ Tacoma unit.

That is off of a 2005+ Tacoma
The steel insert is aftermarket and not toyota.
