I had the same issue on my BMW... took it back the the tire shop 4 times to get the wheels rebalanced. Turns out that three of my four rims were bent. One was out of round by half an inch. Got the rims straighten, and the vibration went away.

Point being... maybe you have a bent rim. We did not have any vibrations until we put the new tires on. The old tires I guess sort of wore in to the bent rims...
