Bilstein 5100 shocks(top groove-2.6" lift) -Rear Bilstien 5100
Wheeler 1.5" AAL (The rear sets .6" higher then the front)

Re: post pictures of your crew cab tundra 2005-2006 It is lifted 2 3/4" in the front. I will be adding AAL later this week, should add 1 to 1 1/2 in the back. Not sure on tires..
