Default Electrical Noise "Gremlins"

I have a 2001 Tundra that sometimes just after the engine starts will lower a window or unlock the passenger door. I am thinking a noisy relay or arc on the starter is injecting electrical noise. Anyone else have this type of problem. It has only happened a few times but may be a sign of impending doom.

CREEPY! I'm thinking spark wires or something of the sort. First thing that comes to mind with Electromotive Interference. Easy way to check them is to get a spray bottle filled with water, with engine running spray a mist on the wires, if theres an open anywhere in the wire the water well cause a spark, try it at night too it well be really obvious that way. Again, just the first thing that comes to mind, don't be mad if its not the right problem. All you well loose is a few minutes and some water.
