the scan gauge has many color screens.
red, blue, green, etc.
if that is your desiding factor on buying it or not.
it's your money do as you see fit. it the other type has the tranny temp,
i would try it out. but 1st compare them both as to what gauge's you have access to.

As Gorilla mentioned there are many color options with the
Scangauge II. Looking in the owner's manual in front of
me there are 63 possible colors to choose from.

Hey guys, I'm selling my SG II unit unfortunately. While it is a great device that'll teach you more about your vehicle, I realized I can't afford it at the moment and so I am putting mine up for sale. It is practically in brand new condition, there are no marks whatsoever, everything works fine (check out the link below for pics). I used it on my 01 Sequoia and it showed the HP information, I'm sure you will get more data for a Tundra. It will come in its' original box and manuals (and even the adhesives that I never used) and of course the SG II unit and 6ft cord. If you're interested, please send me a pm. My asking price is $130.
