Default New Hellwig link question

I just got the "new improved" links for the Hellwig rear sway bar. Did anyone install it recently? I had an old bar and ordered the new links but it came without instructions

How do you get the round bushings into the links? I was able to press them into the link without the metal bolt sleeves, but not able to do so with the sleeves inside the bushing. When I tried to put the bushing in first then the sleeves, the sleeves cut into the bushing about half way in.

Thanks it worked like a charm, they emailed the instruction.

I was doing the bushing installation the proper way but for some reason the sleeve would not go into the bushing. Maybe should use more WD40 on it.

I have those new links in my kit purchased on Dec. 24. I put some of the green grease that came with the parts on both the metal sleeve and the housing for the bushing. I helped it in tapping it with a deadblow hammer.

What is the difference between the old link and the new ? I have one on my '03 and would consider purchasing the new links if they make a difference.

The old links look like rods with bushings and nuts. The new ones are bigger rods with circular sleeves welded on each end. I'm not sure if there's a difference in performance.

I got them becasue the old bolt style link broke several times.

Hellwig did not sent me the right parts when I purchased the new links, they did not sent me any greese or instructions. I used regular greese from my greese gun and WD40. Hopefully the new design will not break, if it does I am done with Hellwig.
