I know there are a lot of yall out there with the 16" Classic II's but I was wondering if anyone has the 17" version of these tires? (I dont want to trade my nice 17in tires for new ones) My biggest concern is does the rim clear the caliper? I know it was an issue when I traded for the rims on my truck now, and I really dont want to order them and then send em back

You can run anything 16 and bigger as long as they have the right back spacing. I had 17 inch raock crawlers with 6.5 BS and they stuck out about 3-4 inches from the fender, running 35x12.50x17 Toyo MT's before I got the MB 20's I have now.
BS should be around 4.25 - 6.5 inches with 35mm to 60mm ET depending on wheel width. Depands on how wide your tires are.. With no lift you shuld be fine with 4.5 BS
