They are going to use the truck for their website...they are the ones who took the photos for me. You think that is sick, they have the NBS tundra in there right now fabing the bumpers up, those are sick!

What is the size comp to the stock back? I've been looking to get a rear bumper done but I have a big problem with dragging it on the ground.

size wise its the same since the factory receiver is still in tacted

So I got a warning about the pic size...how do I shrink them down so they are visible instead of just a link?

Try the easy way. Use MS Paint> Image> Stretch/Skew - reduce % by equal increments (horiz/vert)> File> Save as.
