All Airbag sensors are located in the frame, not on the bumpers, so any bumper that doesn't require cutting the frame, like Road Armor does, will not affect the sensors.
For me, that's the first bumper that I'd consider other than the ARB for my '01. That thing looks friggin sweet! I didn't realize the Road Armor requires cutting into the frame. That would kill it for me right off.
There is something to be said about working with the air bags though because ARB has certified that they're stuff is fully compliant, based on their bolt-on configuration. It has something to do with transference of impact through the frame so they do actually trigger the sensors. But hell, there’s always one way to find out - go run into something! Remote sensors are not always mounted in the frame. They can be in any number of places and it varies by manufacturer; radiator supports, pillars, front cowl, the roof, quarter panels, the floor, etc... On the '05 Tundras, there's a sensor mounted on the radiator upright, just behind the front crossmember, if I remember right.

You are correct sir! That's what I said. Your Iron Bull is the first that I've ever liked more than the ARB. I think the 1st Gen ARB hangs out too far from the grill and I didn't like how the bull bar didn't fully come around the headlights like the earlier edition did. Your's looks like a much more snug fit, nice and close to the grill. The earlier ARB model I had on my 1994 yota was nice and snug, just like yours looks like it is. I think they're high though for charging another $600 for the grille guard addition when ARB charges just over $1100 for the whole thing, although it only covers about 1/2 of the front, but I still like the Iron Bull design better.

I looked into something similar to this from a local fab shop in Ohio. He made a front and rear kit for his 05 Dodge Ram 2500. Just to do the front on my tundra would be $1500. The rear was $1500. Labor was $75 per hour. I wanted to replace my rear bumper due to rust. After he told me the prices for a rear a setup like this, I said forget it. I went a ahead and spent $350 and bought a factory Toyota Bumper. The truck has 123K and I plan on getting rid of it within the next couple of years. Its been nickle and dime me to death.
