Can you identify this?

I had a little fender bender and after everything is said and done found this piece of moulding laying in the back seat.

part number listed on it is '71693-0c010' also has 'RH SPI' on it.

I have looked high and low and can't seem to find where it popped off of.

looks like the plastic piece that covers the metal part that attaches to the rear seat bottom
