I noticed a few threads about adjusting the headlamps on our Tundras. And I don't mean to beat a dead horse.

Everyone talks about a "star" screwdriver (or a chalk or chauk, however you spell it). And how easy it is to find and adjust. Well I couldn't seem to find it and it's hard to get a good picture of where it is
I just wanted to let everyone (who is interested) know that what you are looking for is not the top of a screw that looks like a star. Rather it is a white, plastic gear that you place the star screwdriver next to, then turn...much like you would see the teeth of two gears coming together to turn. you need a fairly skinny 5 or 6 inch "star" scrwdriver or the biggest phillips you can fit in the hole. It is toward the outside of the headlamp casing(ie right head light hole/gear is closer to the right side & left head light hole/gear is closer to the left side) You put the screwdriver in from the top of the headlamp. Clockwise makes them go down and vise versa. Suggest you do it and dusk so you can see what impact you are having on your headlight angle. It takes a few turns to make a small adjustment.
I'm sorry if this seemed pointless, but i spent a decent ammount of time looking for a damn screw with a "star" on the head

i knew it was there just couldn't find it...and wasn't sure if the screwdriver came in from the top or the back or underside.
Just a little FYI for us amateur mechanics
