Default Suspension Issue - 06' Tundra TRD 4X4

The rear travel from fender to top of tire in rear is 7 inches vs 4.5 in front. I wanted to lower the rear travel to get a more consistent ride. I typically don't carry any payload so rear travel is not a huge concern. Any suggestions ?

You could take the air out of your rear tires.

I would hope you are running 30psi or so in your tires.

F150, Tundra & Titan Lowering Shackle
Don’t like the low rake on your Tundra? Don’t want to spend a lot on a front lift? TOTAL CHAOS has the answer. We now offer a lowering shackle to level out the truck. This easy to install custom shackle is laser cut for precision and comes complete with new bushings and inner sleeves. They are exactly 1 1/2” longer than stock and will lower the rear end by 3/4” without compromising the factory ride or load capacity. The shackles can also be used with a variety of other sport truck lifts to achieve that any desired ride height and increase cornering capabilities.
PT# - 49702 00-06 Tundra 2wd/4wd - Price: $163.75

Here's a great thread for you to review. It's a doozy of a thread, but there is a load of info in there pertaining to the subject.
