Default Vibration in powersteering

I recently just flushed my power steering with my dad on my 05 tundra. Ever since then every morning the truck has a pulsating vibration in the steering wheel for a few seconds when i pull out of my parking spot at my apartment. My guess is that it has air in the system but it has been doing this for over a month. The only time it does this is when the truck sites for a while which is overnight and it doesnt do it after that while im drive down the road. Me and my dad have flushed the powersteering on all of the other cars we have had and never had a problem. Has anybody have this problem before and how did you fix it?
