1Gen-TundraGeneral discussion forum for the 2000 to 2006 Toyota Tundra.
This is a discussion thread titled "Lifted XSP DC 4x4", within the 1Gen-Tundra forum, part of the Truck Forums category.
If you have been following my thread in the wheel/tire forum then you know I had a little problem. The daystar lift/ AAL went on easy and really didn't stiffen up the ride as much as I thought it would. I'm very impressed and pleased! Then it was time for tires, I went to my local shop ordered 275/55/20 Toyo Open Country A/T. When it came down to it though the tires were rubbing the A-Arm on the front suspension pretty badly and then I had to run and order adapters NEXT DAY! Well now the truck is complete and back on the rode. Here are the pic!
I don't like cheap plastic badging. Plus it is easy to tell if it is an XSP, look on the headrest! I already have exhaust done (sound clip in my gallery).

I don't like any cheap badging it's the first stuff i remove on any car/Truck esp Toyota with all it's trim crap..
Exhaust is a small detail I have Trd and that made a huge change on sound but tame to say the least which i am glad..
Nice job on your truck I would change the grill out now and do some color keyed limited effect's beyond that look's great...

Yeah, I'm looking into brush-guard, pre-runner, or light bar now. Found a great deal on a brush-guard on craigslist...but I'm looking to purchase a '95 Mustang Cobra soon also so my money is kind of going else where. Just wanted to do a few things to the truck to make it more unique, I'll use the Mustang for Show 'n' Go!
