Default Center Support Bearing worn out?

Anyone have the Center Support Bearing wear out? Mine's got slop in it, and the Toyota shop said it needs to be replaced (is this a diy job? If there's a description of how to replace it, please point me in the right direction)

Also, they said the pinion seal at the front of my rear differential is squeaking, and needs to be replaced, along with the rear U-Joint. I'm not sure about the u-joint, it looked ok to me. The pinion bearing seemed to be squeaking. I've searched here, and read about the Center Support Bearing, and it sounds like it has similar slop (1/2" - 3/4" of movement) as what others are reporting.
