Currently have toyota red. however, i was wondering if i could switch to toyota pink. if so, would i have to do a complete flush before doing so? have any of you switched from red to pink coolant?

I have been changing mine with the red. You're supposed to change it every two years. There is a TSB stating the pink can be used. Just drain all of the coolant from the radiator and the two block drains. This will get you all of the capacity of the system so mixing will not be an issue. A flush wouldn't hurt but would not be necessary if removing all of the coolant this way. If you do flush it, make sure you drain all the water from the system also because the pink is premixed.

Is there any difference between Toyota Red and Toyota Pink? I have a 2000 Tundra and manual says to use Toyota Red, but my truck was built before the development of Toyota Pink.
