1Gen-TundraGeneral discussion forum for the 2000 to 2006 Toyota Tundra.
This is a discussion thread titled "I'm baaaaaack! 2002->2007->2004", within the 1Gen-Tundra forum, part of the Truck Forums category.
OK guys, I think I am back into the game. I had a 2002AC until 2007, when I bought a DC. I sold the truck about 11 months ago for a sports car as my work load changed.
I was planning on garaging the sports car and bought a 97 mercedes as a daily. After about a week of driving and 1000 in mods in the mail, I totalled it. Now, I am back into a tundra, and for WAY too cheap. I couldn't pass it up.
I look forward to the ride and the mods. I cant sleap I'm so excited.

yes, that is a crazy price, considering that truck sold for $30,350 when new.
Hey DIXIE4x4, that truck has an open 70B balljoint campaign. The lower ball joints need to be replaced free from Toyota.

I fly in to Ft. Lauderdale tomorrow to pick it up and drive home. I will report on Sunday. My back up plan while in Pompano Beach is if the truck looks rough, I will just swing over to "The Collection" and pick up a new Porsche 997 GT2... Ok- I can dream, right??

UPDATE: The drive was wonderfull. I left Ft Lauderdale at 3, stopped at the largest porsche dealer in the world, went to the land rover dealer, drooled at all the cars and hit the road. I landed home at 4:15 AM. Not one glitch, though I suspect I will be replacing the battery before the week is out.
