Default AAL installation

i tried everythin wd 40 broke 2 tools and cannot unscrew the U bolts. does anyone know how much a shop would charge for that ?

Spray the bolts with PB Blaster, let them sit for a few minutes, then take a breaker bar with a 19mm socket and break them loose. Make sure you are lifting the truck by the frame, not the axle.

An impact wrench should be able to get them off, the vibration usually breaks free the rusted bond. I used an electric impact wrench, but it sounds like yours are really rusted together, you'll need a higher torque air-powered wrench. Then when you reinstall make sure you use anti-seize on the threads.
