Mine also has an adjustable bench seat, fender flares, fog lights trd etc. No, you cannot adjust the seat up and down, but I have never found that to be an issue.
My dad has a 2005 DC with the bench seat up front, fender flares, fog lights, trd, JBL, and the front seat adjusts leaning and front/back. Maybe he has a rare one.
I have one too!
I personally would prefer a bucket seat set up but having an extra passenger option comes in handy because I have 2 kids and sometimes additional passengers. Also, my wife won't let me switch to bucket seats.

So is the seatback one continuous piece from driver to passenger in the DC bench?
One thing I really liked about my AC's bench is that the driver can independently incline in regards to the passenger side. And as mentioned, with the armrest down, it looks like buckets up front.
I was thinking of upgrading to a DC too, but my truck's been really good to me.
