Default 5100's backspace and offset info

Hey guys, i am getting ready to level my truck (which is a 2005 double cab 4wd) and need a little info that i cant seem to dig up. I am wanting to just level the truck with nothing done to the rear so i am installing the bilstein 5100's front and rear with the fronts set at the second notch from the top. With that done it should get the truck level. Next i am installing some 17x9 moto metal rims that have 4.5" backspace and -12mm offset. Main question..I want to put 285/70/17 tires on it without any rubbing. Do you think this setup will work or do i need to go with a different tire size? The vehicle is 95% on road and 5% light trail. Thanks

my ave combined economy is right at 30mpg using the truck only Sat/Sun, so i feel greener than uncle sam (27cafe?).
3 forced induction jetski's for weekend play so i guess i'm not so green after all.
