Default Production date question?

Hey guys. Im new to TS so first I just want to say hey. I have a question regarding my toy I have an 03 tundra that I've been tinkering with for the past few months (I'll make sure to post pics soon) and I was wanting to put the RCD 6" lift on it. The only problem is that RCD makes 2 different lifts for the 03 depending on if the production date was before or after 8/1/03. Can anybody tell me how to find out the exact production date? Thanks

There's a manufacturer plate on the drivers door jam. Somewhere on there will be "xx/xx" and that's the month/year of production.

Hey BamaBoi, I was wondering the same thing. I have a 2003 stepside and yeah the production date is printed on the side of the drivers side door jam. Mine was made 9/02.

I the earlier tundras there was a sticker on the inside of the front brake dust shields that had the production date on it too. I was looking under my truck cleaning off all the dirt and was amazed to see the paper sticker there on both sides and mine was made in June of 2000, now if they could make a paper sticker stay there for almost 9 years, you would think they could use a paint that kept the rust under control in the same spot
