I have a 2003 Tundra and the check engine light came on. The code is P0442(evaporative emission control system leak detected small leak. Has anyone had this happen and how did you fix it?

Start here.... Cracked fuel filler tube and TSB EG019-03 was issued for this.

Most have tried a new gas cap and a lot of people have fixed this issue doing that but here is the R&R of the issue Toyota found and the following pdf addresses the fix ,kudos to shall36!
