Question 2003 Tundra A/C Flashing

2003 Tundra A/C Flashing. Checked pressure on low pressure side and it is off scale (greater than 80psi). blower is operating, and all fuses are working correctly. Blower is working, so I assume that the relay is ok too, right? The compressor clutch is not engaging. Any suggestions?

swap the magnetic clutch relay and the horn relay around and see if this corrects the problem very common problem

Make sure the ground wire at the cluster on wires on top of the compressor is tight (look for the gold metal plate with 8mm bolt head). Mine was stripped at the factory and loose ground caused my a/c to flash and not work. Worth a try.
