Default Grinding Noise!! HELP

So we had about 5 inches of rain the other night and all the roads got flooded. I had to go threw some pretty deep water to get home. Well when I got home only about two miles away at most, I started to hear a grinding sound around my left front wheel well. It sounds like metal on metal. The only thing I can think of, is that something got stuck between the pads or something. SOMEONE HELP!

i'd say your brake pads are down to the metal indicator which is unlikely since it happened right after the water crossing. so i'd say its most likely a wheel bearing. if it is a bearing i would get it checked out asap before you do any more damage.
