Re: CEL P0333 Knock Sensor Bank 2- HELP
JoeBalls: I feel your pain. The same thing happened to my Tundra last weekend. I parked outside overnight up in the mountains and had a CEL when I started it in the morning. A pack rat must have been attracted to the warm engine, as I found leaves and debris piled up around the battery and air box. I pulled a knock sensor code with my scanner and found that the wire to the sensor is chewed off at the connector. I guess I can look forward to removing the intake manifold some weekend so that I can get to the sensor and repair the wire. Hopefully, I have enough of a stub left on the connector that I can solder the wire back on.
