I would run some seafoam through it before you change the oil and see if that helps first. I have had nothing but good experiences with that stuff. Be careful on your O2 sensors first. Good for high mileage engines too...I have NOT used it in my 5.7....

Sounds like the crap the chick at AutoZone tries to sell me all the time. She says "You'll get better gas mileage!". After she says that, I point to my truck outside and say "Look at that thing, NOTHING is going to give it better gas mileage". She usually smiles and says ok. LOL.

I have used Restore in a couple of Accords with 250K miles. I believe it helped with oil consumption and power. Just my 2 cents...
