What to do with old calipers "02"
I did the brake upgrade and purchased my parts through a friend. Now I'm stuck with old (small) calipers and had to pay the core charge.
Do I just toss them???

Can't return them for some core deposit money or something?
Otherwise, they're useless scrap metal.

I would see if they would give you the core $ on the old ones. You can still buy those rebuilt so there is a demand for them. Let us know how it works out because I am headed the same direction.

Man, I'm handin' out all kinds of bad advice! Sorry 'bout that.
You may want to put them up on the Classifieds here, TTORA, or CustomTacos.
Best of luck to ya!

They are used for the brake upgrade for the 3rd gen 4-runners. As long as the 4-runner has 16" wheels.

Re: What to do with old calipers "02"
Thanks guys.... my friend that got me the larger calipers, told the parts store that I was doing the upgrade and they didn't want the smaller calipers. Also, one piston is stuck, which started this whole process. I'm SOL.

I could use those calipers. Do you still have them? If so and you want to part with them, PM me.
Thanks
