I have recently started debadging my tundra and have notice a residue left over on the area where the Iforce V8 badge was. Goo gone does not seem to be working so my question is what did you guys use to clear all residue off. Thanks

I have used a pinstrip remover rubber wheel ( cant remember what is called exactly) , its just a big round (3 inch) eraser mounted to a shaft you can put in a cordless drill...... available at auto paint supply stores
just be careful not to hold it in one spot too long, it does heat up....and it will take off some paint...ask me how I know.....
works very well
hi, try goof off.
but make sure you have a pail of soapy water, after the 3m tape comes off.
than just wipe clean than if you want to you can use 3m clear coat safe compound.
than polish seal & wax.
presto your done.
BUT what happen's many time's is you will still see the makes where the emblem/badge's were.
sadly there might not be anything you can do about them, except re-paint, or cover with a vinyl graphic.
the esayest way toremove the emblem.badges is fishing line, weed eater line, dental flaus.
than you only have the 3m double sides tape left.
that is eay to remove.
the only issue like i said it the outline of what was there.
good luck,
